Paleo Mayonnaise Recipe
You will need:
- One pasteurized egg* SEE BELOW
- 3 TB fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 t. Dijon mustard
- Dash sea salt
- 3/4 c. extra virgin, walnut, or avocado oil
- Blend the above ingredients together in a small food processor.
- Keep refrigerated when not in use.
*This PALEO MAYONNAISE recipe is most safe to eat when using a pasteurized egg.
